Postnatal yoga allows you to regain shape and energy quickly after childbirth; the practice is progressive and targets the deep muscles to tone, tighten and gain weight while respecting each person's body. Tame and love your body transformed by motherhood.
Postnatal yoga is there to help you build your physical energy and welcome your emotions as a mother in complicity with baby.
You would like to continue or start practicing Yoga without necessarily needing postpartum follow-up. You can directly subscribe to the Package of your choice without a minimum duration (only for prenatal/postnatal).
