A vision
In Nature , each of us has a path to walk leading to a progressive discovery of self, so constant, growing, uncertain, moving, disruptive but oh so precious and unique.
This Retreat stems from a desire to offer a timeless and profoundly warm space , in which we explore, through the practice of yoga , speech, movement , and rituals , the paths of our being.
We are pleased to offer you a meeting space: a place where we learn through experience by opening up
gateways to tame one's inner territory, supported by collective energy.
A House
It is when we feel at home, at ease, that the soul can truly find its place. Expansion emerges in this space where we find refuge , support, and fellowship. With the horizon to guide us and the warmth of home to envelop us, this house by the river, nestled 45 minutes from Montreal, was chosen with love to welcome us on our journey . Shared double rooms and a dormitory are available. The choice is yours, where you wish to settle in. Limited to 10 people only.

A flow
A powerful signature practice blending intense asana techniques with introspection, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery towards your heart's desires. Learn to find strength and tenderness, fluidity and upright posture in a meaningful class. The session concludes with a powerful Yoga Nidra to further immerse you in the experience. A 90-minute experience to savor.
*Other practices will be offered, but we're keeping some surprises for you!
A Movement
The body is a temple in motion.
When we choose to listen carefully to start a dialogue, it shows us the way forward.
It is therefore through an organic and intuitive immersion that we will follow its rhythm, listening to our essence. No dance technique is necessary; it is enough to let oneself be carried by its vibration and practice letting go.

a Ritual
Through presence and intention, ordinary moments become sacred.
It is when we make sense through gestures and in communion with something greater that rituals take place.
Rich in symbolism and co-created together, they will support us throughout the retreat.
*Sensitive attention is paid to eco-ritual practices.
A large table
During breaks,
Suzanne will draw inspiration from Ayurveda to offer vegetarian dishes . comforting which support the body.
Without ever neglecting beauty, there will be as much for gustatory ecstasy as for vitality.
Through herbal medicine, seasonal herbal teas related to Kapha will take care of our inner calm and our heart.

Partners
For our retreats, Suzanne and I take care to choose brands that resonate with the experience we offer.
For Sva Marga, we have the immense pleasure of welcoming Amma Therapy, which offers each participant: palo santo, an exclusive promotional card and a beautiful lavender eye pillow that promotes deep relaxation.
État Végétal, who delighted our taste buds with their vegetarian arancini made with love.
