SOPHIE

She practiced hot yoga and Vinyasa for several years before completing her 380-hour Hatha and Vinyasa teacher training at Yoga Sangha , with the aim of reconnecting with the tradition of yoga and learning how to transmit it.

She loves teaching and sharing her passion, offering challenging and fun Vinyasa classes, and more introspective Hatha classes, all combined with pranayama.

For her, yoga is a powerful tool for well - being and self-discovery through body and mind, accessible to all.

MORGANE

She began practicing yoga in 2015 in Paris while training for a half-marathon. Yoga quickly took precedence over running. She then experimented with different styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, and Jivamukti) and discovered the richness of the tradition.

It was in Montreal that she realized a project/dream by taking the 380h Hatha/Vinyasa training at Yoga Sangha, followed by a 50h specialization in pre/postnatal.

Morgane enjoys working with the body slowly, learning to feel it until the body's choreography gives way to meditation in motion. Naturally dynamic yet calm, her classes always include breathing exercises and a few small challenges to cultivate all dimensions of the practice.
