A vision
The word Saṃ cāra ( संचार) , from Sanskrit, has several meanings, but all converge on the movement that connects. It is this back-and-forth, this circulation between all beings. In a philosophical context, it designates the movement of consciousness , of energy ( prāṇa ).
It is through this movement that we will explore the act of giving and receiving: this intimate exchange in which all the subtlety of the connection can exist. It is this suspension in the void where the invisible manifests itself .
It is by re-inhabiting all our bodies through yoga , the work of offerings , dance , and writing , among other things, that we will question how Our inner posture shapes our outer world.
Like the cycle of inspiration and expiration, we will explore this gateway to infinity nestled in the act of giving and receiving .
A House
It is when we feel at home, at ease, that the soul can truly find its place. Expansion emerges in this space where we find refuge , support, and fellowship. With the horizon to guide us and the warmth of home to envelop us, this house by the river, nestled 45 minutes from Montreal, was chosen with love to welcome us on our journey . Shared double rooms and a dormitory are available. The choice is yours: where you wish to settle in. Limited to 12 people only.

Marma yoga flow
Marmas are points in the body where vital energy is concentrated. They are part of the chakra, nadis, and srotas system of yoga. This balancing practice aims to release energy blockages in the body and mind.
How to harmonize one's being guided by the will of the heart, through a meaningful and enriching class.
A 90-minute session to liquefy and awaken the energetic bodies.
*Other practices will be offered, but we're keeping some surprises for you!

A Movement
The body is a temple in motion.
When we choose to listen carefully to start a dialogue, it shows us the way forward.
It is therefore through an organic and intuitive immersion that we will follow its rhythm, listening to our essence. No dance technique is necessary; it is enough to let oneself be carried by its vibration and practice letting go.

A creative time
When we connect with our hearts, our hands become extensions of our essence . A joyful, communal time will be initiated to cultivate our inner creativity. From the Latin, creāre, to create means to bring into the world!
What does your vibration want to let emerge in this space of presence where giving and receiving are one?

a Ritual
Through presence and intention, ordinary moments become sacred.
It is when we make sense through gestures and in communion with something greater that rituals take place.
Rich in symbolism and co-created together, they will support us throughout the retreat.
*Sensitive attention is paid to eco-ritual practices.
A large table
During breaks,
Suzanne will draw inspiration from Ayurveda to offer vegetarian dishes . comforting which support the body.
Without ever neglecting beauty, there will be as much for gustatory ecstasy as for vitality.
Through herbal medicine, seasonal herbal teas related to Vata will take care of our inner calm and our heart.

Partners
During retreats, we carefully select brands that resonate with the experience offered. For Saṃcāra, we have the privilege of working with Pierre d'ailleurs , a brand specializing in crystal healing whose selection will perfectly complement the journey. État végétal delights our palates with their lovingly crafted products. Finally,
Phyl experience , a company specializing in conscious mixology, namely the creation of artisanal syrups based on medicinal plants.
