Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for unused cards within 24 hours of the purchase date. Cancellation Policy: It is possible to cancel a class booked by phone. If this occurs 24 hours before the class start time, the cancellation will be valid, and you will have the option to book another session. Otherwise, if this occurs less than 24 hours before the class start time, the class will be charged and cannot be rescheduled. Vacation/Illness: Maximum break of 3 consecutive weeks. Cancellation with 30 days' notice. (At the end of the commitment period)
